Committee of Adjustment

THAT this Meeting of the Committee of Adjustment is hereby called to order at 5:30 pm

That the agenda be accepted as presented.

THAT an application from Neil Hache & Nancy Coulter for relief from By-law 2038-00 Section, 10.4.2 INFILL CONSTRUCTION – FRONT YARD to to allow for an addition to the main dwelling to be located within the required front yard to be reduced from the current 18.4 m ( 60' 6") to 14.17 m (46' 6") as it applies to property described as Lot 74 & E Pt 75 Plan 758, 1772 Mackenzie Beach in the Municipality of Shuniah, as set forth in application A 1/18, be approved. CONDITIONS TO BE IMPOSED WITH RESPECT TO APPLICATION NO. A 1/18 That the Secretary Treasurer is provided proof that the proposed addition will not encroach onto the Shuniah shoreline road allowance and if found that any portion of the proposed addition will be situated on the road allowance then it must first be purchased as per Shuniah’s Disposition of Shoreline Policies. If the proposed addition is found to be on the shoreline road allowance and the shoreline is unable to be purchased, then the minor variance will be deemed to be denied.

THAT the Minutes of the meeting of the Committee of Adjustment held January 3, 3028 be adopted as circulated.

THAT the hour of 5:55 p.m. having arrived this Meeting of the Committee of Adjustment hereby adjourns.
