Committee of Adjustment

THAT this hearing is hereby called to order at 5:30 p.m.

That the agenda be accepted as presented .

THAT application B 1/19 from Lakeshore Developments (Thunder Bay) Inc. for consent and conveyance of an easement to a portion of land described as Part of Mining Location 14 H.P. Savigny's Survey MacGregor , in the Municipality of Shuniah is hereby approved . FURTHER THAT the following conditions have been imposed with respect to the decision and are as follows: 1. That a legal description of the easement as granted, be received by the Secretary-Treasurer.

THAT application A 2/19 from Don Kibiuk & Laurie Kibiuk for relief from By-law No. 2038-00, Section: 10.3 to increase the lot coverage of accessory buildings from the maximum allowed size of 140 sq.m. to 205.1 sq.m. as it applies to property described as Plan 758 Lot 28 & 29 located at 1875 MacKenzie Beach Avenue is hereby approved . FURTHER THAT the following conditions have been imposed with respect to this decision and are as follows: 1. That the applicant receives a deeming by-law to deem the lots to be one lot prior to any building permit being issued.

THAT the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Committee of Adjustment held September 13, 2018 be adopted as circulated and that same be filed in the Clerk's Office.

THAT the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Committee of Adjustment held February 12, 2019 be adopted as circulated and that same be filed in the Clerk's Office.

THAT a By-law to adopt procedure for the Committee of Adjustment be read a First, Second and Third time and numbered 1-2019 this 22 day of May, 2019. AND THAT the By-law be engrossed in the By-law Book.

THAT the Committee approves that Kerry Bellamy and Jo-Anne Hamelin attend the 2019 OACA Conference in Toronto, Ontario from June 2 to 5, 2019 and that their expenses be paid according to policy. Verbal Resolution
