THAT application A5/19 from Todd Hutchinson for relief from By-Law No. 2038-00, Section 16.3.1 to amend the minimum rear yard setback requirement from 10m to zero and 3m to 1.8m side yard to rebuild the dwelling, that is currently partially on CN property, to be solely on Mr. Hutchinson's property, to increase the size of the dwelling and add a second story as it applies to property described as 3E and 4E White's Survey, Part 19, Reference Plan 55R12914 located at 227 Ishkibbible Beach Road is hereby approved.
