THAT application A2/21 from Kevin Kalyta for relief from by-law 2038-00 section 4.6.2c to reduce the rear yard requirement from 1.5m to 0.3m to construct a 24' x 24' garage addition to existing storage building at 2677 Birch Beach Rd., is hereby approved, the Committee members are satisfied that the four tests have been met and there are no conditions.
