THAT Application B1/21 from Derek Blunt and Jerry Rentz for consent and conveyance to adjust a lot line on a portion of land described as Concession A, Southeast 1/4 Section 9, 55R3649, Lot 9, 642 Walkinshaw Road, MacGregor Township is set before the Committee of Adjustment for the Municipality of Shuniah on January 12, 2022. Application B1/21 is hereby APPROVED If Denied: for the following reasons, If Approved: This decision is subject to the following conditions, CONDITIONS TO BE IMPOSED WITH RESPECT TO APPLICATION B1/21 That a registered legal description of the subject lands is received by the Secretary- Treasurer. That the provisions of Subsections 50(3) and (5) of the Planning Act shall apply to any subsequent conveyance or transaction of the lands and the Secretary-Treasurer’s Certificate under subsection 53(42) shall contain reference to this stipulation as it applies to the parcels of land being severed and directly abutting the parcel described as Concession A North Part of Section 9to which it is to be joined. That the secretary receives a letter of undertaking from the acting solicitor for the transfer of the subject lands indicating that upon transfer of the parcel of land the registration of the restriction under the land titles act section 118 shall apply and will stipulate that no independent transfer of the parcels of land that are subject to this application shall incur occur unless the said parcels are transferred to the s
