THAT application A4/22 from Lyle Knudsen for relief from by-law 2038, section 4.6.2 to increase accessory building height from 6 meters to 7.26 meters, by-law 2038 section 4.6.2 to increase accessory building size from 140 sqm to 195.1 sqm, & by-law 2038 section 10.3 to increase lot coverage for accessory buildings from 140 sqm to 396.5 sqm for the property described as CON 8 SECTION E PT OF SW;SUBD 7, which is located at 480 East Loon Drive, is hereby approved If denied: for the following reason, If approved: for the following reason and is subject to the following conditions,

THAT application A5/22 from Donald Playle for relief from by-law 2038, section 4.6.2 to allow for an accessory building to have a floor area larger than the main building for the property legally described as PLAN 55M434 LOT 29, and located at 1446 Lakeshore Drive, is hereby approved. If denied: for the following reason, If approved: for the following reason and is subject to the following conditions,

THAT the Minutes of the Committee of Adjustment hearing held on April 6, 2022 be adopted as circulated and that same be filed in the Clerk's Office.
