THAT this hearing is hereby called to order at 5:30 p.m.

That the agenda be accepted as presented .

THAT application A7-22 from John Essa for relief from by-law 2038-00, section 10.3 to reduce front yard requirement from 21.5 meters to 14 meters for the property described as PLAN 825 LOT 11 LOT 12, which is located at 2431 Scott Drive, is hereby approved. If denied: for the following reason, If approved: for the following reason and is subject to the following conditions,

THAT application A8-22 from Leah Palko for relief from by-law 2038-00, section 10.3 to reduce front yard requirement from 21.5 meters to 17.7 meters and reduce east side yard requirement from 3 meters to 1.83 meters for the property described as PLAN 763 LOT 46 PT LOT 47, which is located at 1231 Grandview Beach Drive, is hereby approved. If denied: for the following reason, If approved: for the following reason and is subject to the following conditions,

THAT the Minutes of the Committee of Adjustment hearing held on April 20, 2022 be adopted as circulated and that same be filed in the Clerk's Office.

That the Shuniah Building Inspector be asked to attend a C.O.A. meeting for a question and answer session.

THAT the hour of 6:12 p.m. having arrived this hearing of the Committee of Adjustment hereby adjourns.
