THAT application A23-3 from Andrew Affleck for relief from by-law 2038-00, section 10.4.13 to reduce the setback and relevant minimum required yard provision and section 4.6.2 to reduce the minimum lot line setback requirement to 0.76 m to allow for an accessory building for the property described as PLAN 755 PT LOT 39 40 & PT; RD ALLOW RP 55R51720 PART 1 &; RP 55R9133 PART 5 which is located at 1305 Silver Beach Drive, is hereby approved. If approved: for the following reason and is subject to the following conditions, The building inspector to check footings to ensure building is no closer to the road than the garage to the west before construction.
