Blunt THAT Don Smith be approved to attend OGRA and all expenses be reimbursed according to policy

Donna Blunt THAT Council hereby receives the Monthly Expenditures for January 2018 and a copy of same be filed in the Clerk's Office

Giardetti THAT Council hereby receives Council's Remuneration Summary for 2017 and a copy of same be filed in the Clerk's Office.

Donna Blunt THAT Council hereby receives the Thunder Bay District Social Services Levy Apportionment 2018 and a copy of same be filed in the Clerk's Office.

Giardetti THAT Council hereby approves and adopts the Concussion Policy attached to this Resolution and FURTHER directs staff to distribute and communicate this policy in the following manner: • Information brochure to be available at all Municipality of Shuniah facilities. • Inclusion in all Facility Rental Agreements. • Municipality of Shuniah website. • Inclusion in the rental terms and conditions for facility rental and program registration. • Distribution to all sport and recreation community groups who facilitate programming in Municipality of Shuniah facilities.

Giardetti THAT A by-law to authorize the sale of Municipal Land to the MTO for Hwy 11/17 four-laning is hereby deemed to have been read a First and Second Time this 13th day of February 2018.

Blunt THAT A by-law to authorize the sale of Municipal Land to the MTO for Hwy 11/17 four-laning is deemed to have been read a Third and Final time this 13th day of February 2018 and numbered 3004-18; AND FURTHER THAT the said by-law be engrossed in the By-law book. Blunt THAT Council hereby receives the following items of General Correspondence and a copy of same be filed in the Clerk's Office.

THAT Council hereby receives a copy of the list of Unfinished Business and that same be filed in the Clerk’s Office.

THAT the following persons are hereby authorized to attend the NOMA Annual Conference in Kenora, May 2 to 4 at Clarion Lakeside Inn and Conference Centre and that their expenses be paid according to policy: Wendy Landry Don Smith Duff Stewart one staff member pending the agenda items

THAT, in accordance with Section 239(2) of the Municipal Act, we adjourn at the hour of 5:20 p.m. to meet in closed session to discuss a) To discuss Labour Relations.

THAT at the hour of 6:15 p.m. we resume the meeting in open session.

THAT a By-law to confirm the proceedings of Council be read a First, Second and Third time on this 13th day of February 2018 and Numbered 3005-18 AND THAT the said By-law be engrossed in the By-law Book.
