Giardetti THAT this Regular Meeting of Council is hereby called to order at 4:00 pm.

Stewart THAT the agenda be accepted as presented.

Stewart THAT the Minutes of the Special Meeting of Council held May 7, 2018 be adopted as circulated and that same be filed in the Clerk's Office.

Giardetti THAT the Minutes of the Public Meeting of Council held May 8, 2018 be adopted as presented and same be filed in the Clerk's Office.

Stewart That Council hereby directs the Clerk to bring forward a by-law to stop up and close and declare surplus the unopened road allowance described as Part 1 55R 14142 to be sold and consolidated with Lot 3 Plan M100 1945 Crystal Beach.

Giardetti THAT Council endorses the process recommended by the Lakehead Rural Municipal Coalition “LRMC”) for the appointment of representatives on the Thunder Bay District Social Services Administration Board (“TBDSSAB”).

Stewart THAT Council hereby recommends to the Lakehead Rural Municipal Coalition for the appointment of representatives on the Thunder Bay District Social Services Administration Board that representatives to be paired evenly according to weighted assessment and serve on a rotational 4 year term; AND FURTHER THAT any vacancies from those Municipalities not wishing to put forth a representative in any given term will be determined by election or by lot.

Stewart THAT Council directs staff to contact both Bell Canada and TBay Tel to establish what plans are in place to rectify issues related to telephone service interruption on Grann Drive.

Stewart THAT A by-law to stop up and close and declare surplus a portion of unopened road allowance described as Part 1 55R14142 to be sold and consolidated with the abutting Lot 3 PlanM100 1945 Crystal Beach is hereby read a First and Second time this 22nd day of May 2018

Giardetti BE IT RESOLVED THAT A by-law to stop up and close and declare surplus a portion of unopened road allowance described as Part 1 55R14142 to be sold and consolidated with the abutting Lot 3 PlanM100 1945 Crystal Beach is read a third and final time this 22nd day of May 2018 and numbered 3021-18 AND THAT THE said By-law be engrossed in the by-law book.

Stewart THAT Council hereby receives a copy of the list of Unfinished Business and that same be filed in the Clerk’s Office.

Stewart THAT a By-law to confirm the proceedings of Council be read a First, Second and Third time on this 22nd day of May 2018 and Numbered 3022-18; AND THAT the said By-law be engrossed in the By-law Book.
