Giardetti THAT this Regular Meeting of Council is hereby called to order at 4:02 pm

Stewart THAT the agenda be accepted as presented.

Giardetti THAT the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held October 9, 2018 be adopted as circulated and that same be filed in the Clerk's Office.

Stewart THAT Council hereby receives a copy of the Minutes of the Tender Opening Committee Oct 9 2018 and same be filed in the Clerk's Office.

Giardetti THAT Council hereby directs the Clerk to set up the Inaugural meeting and the subsequent Regular Meeting of Council as follows: Both the inaugural meeting on the 11th of December 3:00 pm for the Inaugural meeting.

Giardetti THAT the following items of General Correspondence be received and same be filed in the Clerk's Office. a) LTR-MAMP Funding Disbursed b) Link to AMO's annual report on the Federal Gas Tax Fund

Stewart THAT, in accordance with Section 239(2) of the Municipal Act, we adjourn at the hour of 5:05 pm to meet in closed session to discuss a) Legal Matters b) To discuss personal matters about identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees.

Stewart THAT a By-law to confirm the proceedings of Council be read a First, Second and Third time on this 23rd day of October 2018 and Numbered 3039-18 AND THAT the said By-law be engrossed in the By-law Book.

Giardetti THAT the hour of 6:52 p.m. having arrived this regular Meeting of Council hereby adjourns.
