THAT this Regular Meeting of Council is hereby called to order at 4:00 p.m.

THAT the agenda be accepted as presented.

THAT the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held June 20, 2023 be adopted as circulated and that same be filed in the Clerk's Office.

THAT the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held June 27, 2023 be adopted as circulated and that same be filed in the Clerk's Office.

THAT Council hereby receives a copy of the Minutes of the Police Services Board for May 16, 2023 and same be filed in the Clerk's Office.

THAT Council hereby receives a copy of the OPP Monthly Report for May 2023 and same be filed in the Clerk's Office.

THAT Council hereby receives a copy of the Minutes of the Association Development Committee for February 27, 2023 and April 24, 2023 and same be filed in the Clerk's Office.

THAT Council here by receives the Tender Opening Minutes for June 30, 2023 for Comprehensive Zoning By-law and the same be filed in the Clerk's Office.

THAT Council hereby receives a copy of the June Building Permit Summary and the same be filed in the Clerk's Office.

THAT Council hereby receives a report from the Clerk and a contract for an Updated Comprehensive Zoning By-law for 2024 and direct staff to get legal advice regarding possible conflict of interest.

THAT Council receive the report from the Committee of Adjustment Secretary-Treasurer regarding the 2023 Ontario Association of Committees of Adjustment and Consent Authorities (OACA) Conference, and the same be filed in the Clerk's Office.

THAT Council receives the request to Modify Fence By-law Report and directs the Clerk to bring back a recommendation and draft by-law to the August Council Meeting; AND THAT the same be filed in the Clerk's Office.

THAT Council hereby receives a copy of the Budget to Actual Memo, and 2nd quarter financial statements and the same be filed in the Clerk's Office.

THAT Council hereby receives the following correspondence: a. NOMA - Board Meeting Summary June 20, 2023 b. North Perry - Resolution re: Vacant Building Official Positions c. TBDHU - Board Of Health Meeting May 17, 2023 d. TBDSSAB - Regular Board Meeting Minutes from May 18, 2023 e. NDACT - Letter re: Quarry Community Engagement Agreement and the same be filed in the Clerk's Office.

THAT Council hereby receives a copy of the list of Unfinished Business dated July 5, 2023, and that same be filed in the Clerk’s Office.

THAT at the hour of 4:25 p.m. Council moves into In-Camera Session.

THAT at the hour of 5:00 p.m. Council hereby resumes the meeting in open session.

THAT a By-law to confirm the proceedings of Council be read a First, Second and Third time on this 11th day of July 2023 and Numbered 3305-23 AND THAT the said By-law be engrossed in the By-law Book.

THAT the hour of 5:01 p.m. having arrived this regular Meeting of Council hereby adjourns.
