THAT the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held September 26, 2023 be adopted as circulated and that same be filed in the Clerk's Office.

Blunt THAT Council hereby receives a copy of the Tender Committee Opening for New or Update of Comprehensive Zoning By-law for 2024 that was held September 22, 2023 and the same be filed in the Clerk's Office.

THAT Council hereby receives a copy of the Minutes of the Police Services Board for June 19, 2023 and same be filed in the Clerk's Office.

Blunt THAT Council hereby receives a copy of the OPP Monthly Report for June 2023, July 2023, and August 2023, and same be filed in the Clerk's Office.

Giardetti THAT Council hereby receives a copy of the September Building Permit Summary and the same be filed in the Clerk's Office.

Blunt THAT Council authorizes the following persons to attend conferences as listed below and the expenses be paid according to the Remuneration Policy 32914-23. Rural Ontario Municipal Association (ROMA) Annual General Meeting and Conference being held January 21 to January 23, 2023 in Toronto at the Sheraton Centre Hotel. 1. Wendy Landry 2. Don Smith 3. Giardetti THAT Council hereby receives a copy of the list of Unfinished Business dated October 5, 2023, and that same be filed in the Clerk’s Office.

Blunt THAT Council have a budget meeting and allow residents time for input for the 2024 budget. The meeting to be held Tuesday December 12 at 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

THAT at the hour of 5:25 pm Council moves into In-Camera Session.

Blunt THAT at the hour of 5:42 pm Council hereby resumes the meeting in open session.

Giardetti That Council hereby appoints Olivia Kembell as the Student Councillor for the period of October 2023 to June 2024 term, AND THAT applicable expenses be paid according to Policy.

THAT a By-law to confirm the proceedings of Council be read a First, Second and Third time on this 10th day of October 2023 and Numbered 3317-23. AND THAT the said By-law be engrossed in the By-law Book.
