Regular Council

THAT this Regular Meeting of Council is hereby called to order at 4:05 p.m.

THAT the agenda be accepted as presented.

THAT the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held May 14, 2024 be adopted as circulated and that same be filed in the Clerk's Office.

THAT the Minutes of the Closed Meeting of Council held April 23, 2024 be adopted as circulated and that same be filed in the Clerk's Office.

THAT the Minutes of the Closed Meeting of Council held May 14, 2024 be adopted as circulated and that same be filed in the Clerk's Office.

THAT Council hereby receive the tender opening committee minutes from the meeting held May 16, 2024 and the same be filed in the Clerk's Office.

THAT Council hereby receive the memo on the Tenders for the Cargo Trailer and Dump Trailer and that the tender for the 2024-09 Cargo Trailer be awarded to 2082169 Ontario/Via Trailers in the amount of $11,085.00 HST excluded and the tender for the 2024-11 Tandem Axle Dump Trailer be awarded to 2082169 Ontario/ Via Trailers in the amount of $22,340.00 excluding HST and the same be filed in the Clerk's Office.

THAT Council hereby receives the following correspondence: a. TBDHU - BOH Meeting Minutes - April 20, 2024 b. TBDSSAB - Regular Board Meeting Minutes - April 18, 2024 c. Kingston and Area Real Estate Association - Letter re: Help Us Protect our Community's Water and the same be filed in the Clerk's Office.

THAT Council hereby receives a copy of the list of Unfinished Business dated May 24, 2024, and that same be filed in the Clerk’s Office.

THAT at the hour of 4:23 p.m. Council moves into In-Camera Session.

THAT at the hour of 4:55 p.m. Council hereby resumes the meeting in open session.

THAT a By-law to confirm the proceedings of Council be read a First, Second and Third time on this 28 day of May 2024 and Numbered 3363-24 AND THAT the said By-law be engrossed in the By-law Book.

THAT the hour of 4:56 p.m. having arrived this regular Meeting of Council hereby adjourns.
