Regular Council

THAT this Regular Meeting of Council is hereby called to order at 4:00 p.m.

THAT the agenda be accepted as presented.

THAT the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held November 12, 2024 be adopted as circulated and that same be filed in the Clerk's Office.

THAT the Minutes of the Closed Meeting of Council held November 12, 2024 be adopted as circulated and that same be filed in the Clerk's Office.

THAT Council receives the recommendation from the Clerk and directs administration that the rink continue to be open for public use only. A discussion was had, including rental agreements and the timers for the lights.

THAT Council hereby receives the Visa Borrowing Increase Report and agrees to increasing Visa to $85,000.00 Visa Facility and the same be filed in the Clerk's Office.

THAT a By-law to set various User Fees and to repeal and replace By-law No. 3357-24 be read a First and Second time this 26th day of November 2024.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT a By-law to set various User Fees and to repeal and replace By-law No. 3357-24 be read a Third and Final time and numbered 3393-24 AND THE SAID By-law be engrossed in the By-law book.

THAT Council hereby receives the following correspondence: a. TBDHU BOH - Meeting Minutes October 16, 2024 b. Puslinch - Resolution re: Provincial Projects & Excess Soil Management c. Terrace Bay - Resolution re: Ambulance Shortages and Healthcare System Issues. and the same be filed in the Clerk's Office.

THAT Council hereby receives a copy of the list of Unfinished Business dated November 21, 2024, and that same be filed in the Clerk’s Office.

that, the Council hereby moves Dec 10/24 meeting of council to Monday Dec 16/2024 at 4pm.

THAT a By-law to confirm the proceedings of Council be read a First, Second and Third time on this 26th day of November 2024 and Numbered 3394-24 AND THAT the said By-law be engrossed in the By-law Book.

THAT the hour of 4:40 p.m. having arrived this regular Meeting of Council hereby adjourns.
