Regular Council

THAT this Regular Meeting of Council is hereby called to order at 4:02 p.m.

THAT the agenda be accepted as presented.

THAT at the hour of 4:30 p.m. Council moves into In-Camera Session.

THAT at the hour of 5:06 p.m. Council hereby resumes the meeting in open session.

THAT the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held February 25, 2025 be adopted as circulated and that same be filed in the Clerk's Office.

THAT the Minutes of the Closed Meeting of Council held February 25, 2025 be adopted as circulated and that same be filed in the Clerk's Office.

THAT Council hereby receives the Association Development Committee meeting minutes from the Special Meeting held October 8, 2024, the meeting held November 18, 2024 and the draft meeting minutes from the meeting held February 24, 2025; AND THAT The same be filed in the Clerk's Office.

THAT Council hereby receives the Tender Opening Committee Minutes from March 14, 2025 and the same be filed in the Clerk's Office.

THAT Council hereby receives the report from the CAO and the draft copy of the updated Establishing and Regulating (E&R) By-law for discussion.

THAT Council hereby receives the report from the Clerk regarding an update of the Lakeshore Developments Ontario Land Tribunal Appeal and that the same be filed at the Clerk's Office.

THAT Council hereby receives the memo from the manager of operations and awards the 2026 Tandem Axle Plow Truck to Freightliner North Bay in the amount of $390,400.00 excluding HST; AND THAT the same be filed in the Clerk's Office.

THAT Council hereby authorizes Epic Cones the use of Wild Goose Park during the months of April through to October 2025; AND FURTHER THAT Council directs the CAO to develop and execute an operating agreement with Epic Cones, establishing the hours of operation, location within the park, insurance and any other parameters, necessary in order to maintain the general enjoyment and safety of the park by its patrons; AND FURTHER THAT the same be filed in the Clerk's Office.

THAT Council hereby receives the report from the Clerk regarding Principles Integrity training session information; AND THAT Council directs the Clerk to arrange training for Council with Principles Integrity and provides the following dates for training: to be discussed at next meeting

BRADFORD WEST GWILLIMBURY - Resolution re: Landlord Tenant Reforms i. LRCA - Board Meeting Minutes - January 29, 2025 and the same be filed in the Clerk's Office.

THAT Council hereby receives a copy of the list of Unfinished Business dated March 20, 2025, and that same be filed in the Clerk’s Office.

THAT a By-law to confirm the proceedings of Council be read a First, Second and Third time on this 25th day of March 2025 and Numbered 3411-25 AND THAT the said By-law be engrossed in the By-law Book.
